Construction of a G+4 apartment building with a rooftop terrace, featuring 40 fully furnished studio and one-bedroom units (1,200 sq.m). The project included electrical and mechanical services, intercom, CCTV, Wi-Fi systems, complete landscaping, and all compound works. The facility now operates as a guest house, currently serving IOM as a key client.

Provide premium residential accommodation with full guest house services, supporting both GECC’s internal needs and external hospitality contracts.
